We have skill development sessions throughout the week which are available for all age groups and skill level. The training sessions are aimed to improve individual skills to better your game and prepare you for the upcoming season.

We work on ball handing skills, shooting techniques, foot work, defence, and general conditioning.

Strength and conditioning is important to enhance the players athletic capability to complement the skills they have learnt on the court. We run conditioning/speed/agility sessions every week for those interested, and have the option of gym (weight room) sessions as well.

It is very important to work on reducing any weaknesses you may have as a basketball player.

During the season it may be hard to improve an individual’s skill set as the focus may be on team play, that is why we have an option for 1 to 1 sessions with one of our coaches. This is to get the much needed extra repetitions to help you stay on top of your game. You’ll be taken through various on-court workouts to improve all aspects of your game, especially on those weaker points that need more attention. If you would like to work with some friends, we can hold a small group traning of up to 3 players. Feel free to drop us an email with any enquiries.
